AI Survival Kit sells digital PDF guides ("Products") that teach professionals to use AI tools in their work. Our Products are delivered electronically — no physical goods are shipped. Upon successful payment, you will receive a download link via email, typically within minutes.

Products are intended for personal, professional use by the individual purchaser. Each purchase covers a single-user licence unless otherwise stated.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to purchase from us. By purchasing, you confirm you meet these requirements.

3. Orders and Payment

All prices are displayed in USD. Purchases are processed securely through Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. We accept major credit and debit cards as offered through Lemon Squeezy's checkout. Lemon Squeezy collects payment on our behalf and handles all applicable sales tax and VAT.

Your order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation email from Lemon Squeezy. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, in which case you will receive a full refund.

Prices may be subject to local taxes or VAT depending on your location. As Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy calculates, collects, and remits all applicable taxes automatically at checkout.

4. Refund Policy — 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind every product with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason within 30 days of the original transaction date, email us at hello@aikithq.com with your order details and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.

Refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy and typically appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

After 30 days from the purchase date, we are unable to offer refunds. This policy exists to protect both buyers and the integrity of the product.

In addition to our voluntary guarantee:

• Technical access issues: If you cannot access or download your Product due to a technical fault on our end, contact us immediately — we will resolve it or refund you regardless of the 30-day window.
• EU/UK consumers: You have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal for digital products under EU/UK consumer protection law. To exercise this right, contact us within 14 days of purchase. Note that under EU law this right may be waived if you have already started downloading or accessing the digital content and have acknowledged that the right of withdrawal will be lost upon access — which is presented at checkout via Lemon Squeezy.
• Australian consumers: Our Products come with consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

5. Intellectual Property

All content in our Products — including text, graphics, structure, and design — is owned by or licensed to AI Survival Kit and is protected by copyright law.

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to:

• Download, read, and use the Product for your own professional development
• Print one personal copy for your own use

You may not:

• Share, resell, redistribute, or sublicence the Product to any other person
• Upload the Product to any file-sharing platform or public website
• Reproduce substantial portions of the Product in other works
• Remove or alter any copyright notices or branding
• Use the Product to create a competing product or service

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Products are provided for informational and educational purposes. The AI tools described in our guides (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity AI, Notion AI) are operated by third parties — we have no control over their availability, pricing, features, or terms, which may change at any time.

While we make every effort to ensure our guides are accurate at the time of publication, we cannot guarantee that all information will remain current. AI tools evolve rapidly.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AI Survival Kit and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our Products or website.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Product in question.
